Unexpected Service Made It Special
The lobby's inviting fireplace and friendly staff made the stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfy atmosphere after busy days. I particularly liked the cozy bar area where I could unwind.
However, I was disappointed with the missing coffee machine piece, which affected my morning routine. Also, I had an issue with the breakfast I paid extra for, not being available when I arrived.

Plenty of space for our large family with two dogs! The outdoor pool was a hit with the kids, and the staff was super friendly, making our stay more enjoyable. Loved having free Wi-Fi to catch up on our shows too!
My kids wished there were more breakfast options.

Had a great time with friends! The outdoor pool was awesome for relaxation, and we enjoyed kayaking and sailing nearby. The fitness center was great for morning workouts. The shuttle service was helpful for our night out at the Toyota Music Factory.
Only downside was the elevator placement. it could be more convenient. We ended up using the stairs often.

I found the room to be quite spacious, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, given my picky nature. The outdoor area was peaceful, and I even spotted some squirrels, adding a nice touch to my downtime.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but the stay was still bearable.

missingWrote a review on Jul 19clean roommodern lobbygreat shower pressurebreakfast confusionreservation issuesdated room
I found the location convenient for my business trip, close to the client I was visiting. The lobby had a sleek modern design, which felt welcoming. There’s a full Starbucks right in the lobby, perfect for caffeine fixes. My room, although clean, seemed a bit dated compared to the lobby. The shower pressure impressed me. it felt great. However, I noticed the TV had limited channels, but I appreciated the option to watch Netflix. On the downside, I faced an issue with my reservation. I had requested adjoining rooms for better chaperone arrangements, but the hotel claimed they didn’t have any available. This caused a bit of chaos, as we had to reshuffle our group. Additionally, I felt disappointed with the lack of breakfast options, especially since I had paid extra for it but didn’t receive what was promised. The coffee machine in my room was also missing a necessary piece. Overall, I enjoyed the stay for its modern feel but really hope they address the reservation and breakfast issues.
